Brolaca AC2 problems with xbox one controller? So when I had my 360 I played ac 2 and loved it. I picked it up on steam during the winter sale and was super stoked to play it. Irecently bought AC2 on PC, and I'm trying to use my Xbox One controller to play the game. However, I immediately encountered the problem where the controller isn't key-mapped properly, and I installed the patch file to make it map correctly. However, now I am permanently stuck in high profile with no way of leaving it. AlsoSteam doesn't launch/control the Assassin's Creed game, it just launches Ubisoft Connect. Mar 10, 2023 @ 6:36pm I managed to make it work by Eventuallyrealized it was because Origins needs you to be locked on, but KB+M has a hard time changing targets, which controller doesn't have, since the right stick is much easier to change targets with than a mouse.
